We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in NSW.
Remote working from NSW available for the right candidate.
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and administering contracts to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, and project management, to deliver seamless contract execution and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and evaluate tender and bidding documents for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Administer contract variations, extensions, and amendments in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Handle claims, disputes, and resolutions in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contractual processes.
- Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and contractors to streamline operations.
- Provide advice on legal and financial risks associated with contracts and tenders.
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in contract administration, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contracts.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
