We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our head office team in South-West Sydney. In this role, you will work closely with the work-winning team to prepare tender returnables, review contract documentation, and assist the construction team in ensuring effective contract administration on live projects. You will gain valuable site-based exposure, working on landmark projects across NSW, ACT, and QLD.
Key Responsibilities Prepare subcontractor packages, including Scope of Works and other contract documents. Manage contract administration across projects, including payment claims, variation notices, and extension of time claims. Assist with the preparation of monthly reports detailing project compliance and commercial risks. Support pre-contract activities, including pre-qualification questionnaires and tender documentation reviews. Help procure subcontract packages, negotiate terms, and provide commercial advice to minimise risks. Regularly engage the market for competitive pricing on procurement items. Ensure project compliance with systems, policies, and procedures. Your Experience and Skills Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract administration. Previous experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors or Tier 1 subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel. Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to client satisfaction. Why Future Form?
