Contract Administrator

Immediate requirement for an experienced contract administrator to work with a dynamic, vibrant, and reputable fit-out contractor.
Our client is a specialised D&C Commercial Fit Out that operates in Victoria and New South Wales on projects ranging from $400k to $5 million.
Due to business growth and future pipeline projects, they are now looking to recruit an additional contract administrator for their NSW team. You will be working with a senior management team with over 60 years of industry experience, who pride themselves on a strong company culture, commitment to work-life balance, and delivering high-quality projects through both D&C and Construct only.
Key responsibilities for this role:Negotiating and letting of contractsProgress reports and claimsWork with the project teamConduct site visits to gather relevant informationMaintain relationships with clients and subcontractorsThis role is based in the CBD.
