We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Pyrmont Office and your allocated project site.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project through the delivery of duties that deliver effective project outcomes.
As the Contract Administrator you will:
Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycleSupport project procurement through Tender activitiesManage all contract documentation for the projectAnalyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as requiredAttend site to assess and verify progress claimsManage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomesAs the ideal applicant you will be:
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experienceSimilar experience with Industrial projects greater than $20 million in valueHighly developed interpersonal and relationship management skillsProven experience working with Trades, Suppliers, Consultants and external third partiesHow to apply:
