Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive design and construction solutions, specialising in high end Commercial, Hospitality and Hotel fit out and refurbishment projects.They are currently seeking talented and motivated Contract Administrators to join their operation. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that will allow you to hands-on and fast track you to Senior CA and Project Manager.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage contract documents, including agreements and variations.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms are met.Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.Assist in the preparation of progress claims and payments.Maintain accurate records and documentation of contract changes, correspondence, and reports.Address and resolve contractual issues, disputes, and claims in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies.Qualifications and Skills:2 years experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry, preferably fit out.Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and construction practices.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field are preferred.APPLY NOW!!
