Contract Administrator in Sydney - Commercial Cleaning Industry

The average length of contract for the properties we currently service exceeds 10 years. Given the quality of our clients and the quality of our service, Dimeo is seeking to fill the position of Contract Administrator for one of our most prominent clients. About the role

In the role of Contract Administrator, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework. The role mainly consists of: Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clients Preparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior management Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to the contract, programs, projects, and services Maintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract cost increases Advising Executive Managers on matters requiring attention to ensure their decisions are implemented Tracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention, and site/portfolio profitability Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer's expectations Recruiting, training and developing the management team to ensure contract compliance and succession Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders Managing & owning customer relationships Business development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolio Managing paperwork related to contracts and variations

Skills and experience

The skills and qualifications that this position requires include: Management and operations experience is a necessity Minimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - we regularly hire from outside of the industry (Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.) Strong connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and ideals Accountability, autonomy, responsibility, and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidate

Remuneration/Salary

Market leading based on commensurate experience Package to include vehicle allowance

$80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
