Given the quality of our clients and the quality of our service, Dimeo is seeking to fill the position of Contract Administrator for one of our most prominent clients.
About the role In the role of Contract Administrator, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.
The role mainly consists of:
Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clientsPreparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior managementDeveloping, reviewing and negotiating variations to the contract, programs, projects, and servicesMaintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract cost increasesAdvising Executive Managers on matters requiring attention to ensure their decisions are implementedTracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention, and site/portfolio profitabilityResponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer's expectationsRecruiting, training and developing the management team to ensure contract compliance and successionOverseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work ordersManaging & owning customer relationshipsBusiness development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolioManaging paperwork related to contracts and variationsSkills and experience The skills and qualifications that this position requires include:
Management and operations experience is a necessityMinimum 2 years' experience in the titled role or a highly relevant field - we regularly hire from outside of the industry (Construction, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, etc.
)Strong connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and idealsAccountability, autonomy, responsibility, and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidateRemuneration/Salary Market leading based on commensurate experiencePackage to include vehicle allowanceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
