GREATBUILD PTY. LTD is looking for a Contract Administrator who will be responsible for the following duties.
Responsibilities Design, plan, and undertake administration of contracts, organisational programs, special projects and support services. Collaboration with project managers to develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected. Collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and others to ensure that goals are met in a timely and professional manner. Allocation of tasks and responsibilities to team members. Documenting and monitoring progress of projects. Being attentive to project demands and advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions. Ensuring all equipment, purchases and deliveries of construction materials, plant, and other equipment along with the coordination of site activities are undertaken. Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities. Ensure resources are being utilized effectively to assist in managing costs associated with projects. Contribute to project quality assurance and compliance standards. Relevant Qualifications, Experience and Skills Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. Relevant experience in administrative roles, property, or construction industry a bonus but not essential. Aptitude for fast-paced working environment and prioritise multiple tasks. Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines while balancing competing demands. High level verbal communication and writing skills. Teamwork skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
