This position will have you utilising commercial contracting and stakeholder management skills within the team to deliver fit-out projects valued from $50-$250 million.
Head Contractor with projects already secured for years to come.
Location: Sydney
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 Package which is dependent on experience and value you can bring.
What you will be doing?

In this role, you will be joining a team of Contract Administrators who report into the Senior CA and Contracts Manager. You will be executing contracts, advising on compliance to the project team, managing subcontracts, supply agreements, and project procedures, aiding with a more collaborative team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that has experience working on high-end commercial fit-outs. Ideally, exposure to working with head contractors on projects above $20 million would help in being successful in this role.
