Leading Commercial Tier 2 Builder seeks an experienced Contract Administrator for a Healthcare project located in Sydney.
This established organization has been operating for over 30 years working across Australia on projects valued up to $250M.
As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants Administration of the project HSE system To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will require: Minimum 4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia Healthcare experience preferable CHEOPS software experience will be highly regarded GC21 experience essential Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Denise Kostoulias  on (02) 9376 8200  or click apply.
