You must also be able to demonstrate your understanding of, or experience in:Negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration;Preparation and submission of variation orders & contractual notices;Preparing head contract progress claims & reports;Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting;Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors;Ability to interrogate contractual claims and variations;You will have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in commercial construction with strong communication and organisational skills.
