Seeking Expressions of Interest - Experienced Contract Administrator in Adelaide - Commercial Cleaning In the role of Contract Administrator, you will have autonomy to deliver known business outcomes within a transparent operational framework.
The role mainly consists of:
Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with clientsPreparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports to clients and senior managementDevelop, review and negotiate variations, programs, projects and servicesMaintaining budgets, preparing and submitting annual contract reportsTracking and achieving contractual and business KPI's including general strategy, contract retention and site/portfolio profitabilityResponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracted services provided and implementing required changes to meet customer's expectationsRecruiting, training and developing of the management team to ensure contract compliance and successionOversee work by contractors and report on variations to work orders.Managing & owning customer relationshipsBusiness development and profit optimisation across the contract portfolioManaging paperwork related with contracts and variationsSkills and experience The skills and qualifications that this position requires include:
Management and operations experience this is a necessityMinimum 2 years experienceStrong connection to our corporate culture and understanding of our values and ideals.Accountability, autonomy, responsibility and adaptability are sought after qualities in the right candidateRemuneration/Salary Market leading based on commensurate experienceJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
