Your Contribution As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual elements of a new high-rise CBD hotel project.
From start to finish, your expertise will ensure the seamless administration of contracts and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
Accurate job forecasting and cash management.Administering the Head Contract, manage claims, variations, and compliance with contractual requirements.Track and manage the Defect Liability Period and rectifying subcontractor non-conformances.Maintain a positive supplier and stakeholder relationship to enable the resolution of disputes as they arise.Provide accurate reports and assist the project manager with financial reporting and analysis.Actively manage the projects' risk and opportunity portfolios.About You As an accomplished Contract Administrator with a solid background in large scale commercial construction projects, you will meet the following criteria:
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, forecasting and financial analysis.Proficient in managing contracts, interpreting contract terms and conditions.Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and analysing contract documents, invoices, and project forecasts.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.A degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).What we offer We are committed to developing and empowering passionate individuals who are ready to contribute to delivering great projects.
