Over the last couple of years, they have experienced steady growth and have a dynamic and high-performing team.The Role:As a Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful running of projects. Procurement of subcontractors and suppliesNegotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractorsReporting directly to the Project ManagerCoordinate the review and timely approval of payment claims submitted by subcontractorsReview and undertake the assessment of subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction teamActively build strong relationships with key stakeholdersAbout You:To be successful in this role, you will have:2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial ConstructionTier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regardedStrong organisational skills and excellent time managementAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple projectsExperience with Procore (preferred)Experience with Coins (preferred)Strong contractual knowledgeGood communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.What's in it for you?$100,000 - $150,000 + Super (DOE)Steady flow of secured work with a busy 2025/26 for you to hit the ground runningWorking within a supportive team under a senior contract administratorFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with Design & Build and our clients please contact Beth Hampson-Smith on or click apply.
