This builder focus on projects from $20-180M across a variety of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation and health.
They have an excellent reputation in the Perth market and a strong base of private and public sector clientele.
Due to a busy pipeline of work and a newly awarded project they are now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the business.
Perks & Rewards: Exposure to a variety of projects $20-$180M Open to Intermediate or Senior level candidates Stable & secure business, owned by a larger group Experienced leadership team, with tier 1 experience Working with an experienced Project team Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying Proven experience working as a Contract Administrator on commercial building on projects in excess of $40M Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is essential Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
