We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team in Perth.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager to complete Contracts Management duties that deliver effective project outcomes.
As the Contract Administrator you will; Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle Support project procurement through Tender activities Manage all contract documentation for the project Analyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as required Attend site to assess and verify progress claims Manage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomes As the ideal applicant you will be: Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experience Experienced with Industrial projects greater than $20 mil in value Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills How to apply To apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
