Contract Administrator

ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for a Contract Administrator with 2 - 4 years of experience to join an established building contractor in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be working on a range of building & refurbishment projects typically within the commercial office, school & residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities Preparation of Variation orders & contractual Notices Preparing head contract progress claims & reports Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting Preparing head contract deliverables Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors Assistance with review and negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration Prepare Request for Further Information (RFI) to Architect/Project Managers Preparation of Scope of Works and request quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers To succeed in this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related discipline Proven knowledge of the construction process (approx. 2 years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail How to apply: For any questions relating to this role please click apply.
