Contract Administrator

ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for a Contract Administrator with 2 - 4 years of experience to join an established building contractor in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be working on a range of building & refurbishment projects typically within the commercial office, school & residential sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of Variation orders & contractual NoticesPreparing head contract progress claims & reportsAssistance in project cost reporting & forecastingPreparing head contract deliverablesLiaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractorsAssistance with review and negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administrationPrepare Request for Further Information (RFI) to Architect/Project ManagersPreparation of Scope of Works and request quotes from Subcontractors and suppliersTo succeed in this role, you will have:A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related disciplineProven knowledge of the construction process (approx. 2 years)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skills and strong attention to detailHow to apply:For any questions relating to this role please click apply.
