Contract Administrator

$90,000- $130,000 Established Fit Out Contractor Office, Retail and Health Projects ATLAS Recruitment  are currently looking for a Contract Administrator of 2 – 4 years experience to join an established building contractor in Perth, Western Australia.
The successful candidate will be working on a range of building & refurbishment projects typically within the commercial office, school & residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Variation orders & contractual Notices Preparing head contract progress claims & report Assistance in project cost reporting & forecasting.
Preparing head contract deliverables.
Liaising and effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Assistance with review and negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration.
Prepare Request for Further information (RFI) to Architect/Project Managers Preparation of Scope of Works and request quotes from Subcontractors and suppliers To succeed in this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering or a related discipline Proven knowledge of the construction process (approx.
