Job description The Company Commercial builder with national operations and over 50 years in the market.
One of the leading builders in WA completing high-profile projects up to $250m across transport, defence, healthcare, sporting arenas, government, and commercial buildings.

Requirements:   Bsc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum 3 years as Contract Admin on construction or fit out projects over $10m.
WA commercial building market experienced is essential.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detailed understanding of Australian building practises.
Permanent residence and full works right for Australia only.
