Details of the offer

· Ensure that contract documentation, contract rates and price breakdowns are up to date.
· Maintain the subcontract filing system and ensure all variations and amendments are correctly filed.
· Maintain the subcontract register ensuring registration, insurances and alike are up to date and
correctly filed.
· Focal point for subcontract pre-qualification documentation.
· Assist where required in preparing tenders for new work.
· Assist where required in reviewing submitted tenders.
· Review and update Commercial / Supply Chain documents in line with the document review
· Assist Commercial Lead in the effective execution of the overall Commercial function.
· Assist in preparing various management reports.
· Participate in audits as required.
HSSE Responsibilities: · Ensure adequate fitness for work, as per the Fitness for Work policy.
· Read, understand and comply with the HSSE policies, procedures and rules as issued.
· Always comply with the safe systems of work as identified in risk assessments and procedures
· Fulfil your duty of care for your own health & safety and that of your co-workers.
· Report all incidents or hazards which have the potential to adversely affect the health and safety of
personnel or the environment.
· Comply with occupational health and safety, environmental, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity and other legislative requirements in accordance with the parameters of the position.

· Partake in internal/external audits and Non-Conformance investigations as required.
· Engage in Continuous Improvement opportunities.
