Duties and tasks:
As the Contract Administrator, you will be working on site on a 3:1 roster and will report into the Project Manager of the utility-scale BESS project.
Some duties include (but not limited to):
Draft, revise, and finalise contractual documents, ensuring they meet project requirements and company standardsConduct daily monitoring of contract milestones, deadlines, and compliance to ensure all terms are met according to project schedulesActively participate in project meetings to stay informed of project needs and align contract management activities accordinglyAssist in the processing of invoices and payments in accordance with contract termsAssist in the identification and mitigation of contractual risksSkills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, with hands-on experience in document drafting and contract managementExperience in the energy sector, particularly renewable energy projects - highly desirableProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel, and project management toolsWhite Card, Australian Drivers License, Full Australian Working RightsMore Details to Consider: Well established and reputable renewables companyLarge scale project exposureSite-based role - 3:1 roster - DIDO (1.5 hours from Perth)Up to $150k plus super - depending on experienceAccommodation & transport providedIf you are interested in this job, click apply today!
