My client is looking to bring a contract administrator into their team who can grow within the business.
You will be working towards being competent at the below responsibilities.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.Agreements with subcontractors and suppliers prior to project.Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packages.Project Cost AssessmentsResponsible administration of the head contract under the direction of the Project Manager.Grow Relationships and Negotiate with Trades and SuppliersAlignment with project schedules.Liaise with Engineers and ArchitectsValue Engineering
Role Requirements:
At Least 2 Years' experience in constructionDiploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering or SimilarClear and Confident Communicator
