Contract Administrator

Our client is a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience in NSW delivering Commercial New Build projects up to $200M.Operating across various sectors including commercial, education, health, industrial, & government, and with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and some major recent wins, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on a major new build project in Western Sydney.Roles and Responsibilities:Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimsAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsDesired experience:Degree qualified in construction management or equivalentPrevious experience working for a head contractor is essentialAt least 3 years of experience in a CA roleProven experience working on new build construction projects valued $30M+Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention to detail and proven communication skills
