Contract Administrator

Our client is a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience in NSW delivering New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects up to $50M.Operating across commercial, education, & government with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and some major recent wins, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to work on a range of commercial construction projects valued from $10M - $50M.Roles and Responsibilities:Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedulesProgress claim assistance and external variationsReview, negotiation and finalization of subcontractsManagement and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claimAdministration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultantsDesired Experience:Degree qualified in construction management or equivalentPrevious experience working for a head contractor is essentialAt least 3 years of experience in a CA roleProven experience working on commercial projects valued $5M+Previous experience working on commercial new build projects is highly advantageous; fit-out and refurb experience will also be consideredKnowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractorsStrong attention to detail and proven communication skillsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Adam Shaw on or click apply.
