projects. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to
immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be required to work
with project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and
seamlessly.
Duties and Responsibilities: As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operations
of the delivery division such as:
Support site team to deliver live projects on time and on budgetLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate works, deliveries and
purchase orders in a timely mannerPrepare and manage project budgetManage and track project delivery programmePrepare and submit payment claims and variations in accordance with
contractual obligationsReview and take note of all project documentation including legal
documentation such as contracts (AS4000, AS4906 etc…)Prepare documentation and tools required to assist site team and Senior
Management with the delivery of each projectManage drawing register for all live projects to ensure accuracyContinually monitor performance of the department and implement
appropriate strategies for improvementWork closely with estimating divisionDevelopment/Management of business estimating templates and databasesBe the authoritative contact for all matters relating to the DepartmentCommunicate with Senior Leadership team openly and as soon as any issues are identifiedOverall responsible for delivery of projects from start to finish with minimal assistance from Senior ManagementReporting to the General ManagerExperience and Skills Required: Tertiary qualifications preferredOver 4 years' experience in a similar role is essential (Construction, Civil and
Landscaping Contract Administrator experience)Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets and programmesAdvanced technical knowledge of landscape and/or civil construction
methodology, materials etc.Competent and confident to use Microsoft suite of products including Word,
