Contract Administrator

We are seeking 5 Contract Administrators to join a high-performing team for a significant contract mobilisation project.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the onboarding and migration of subcontractors, processing 500 to 1000 subcontracts in the coming months. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the onboarding of subcontractors and the migration of existing onesEnsure all subcontractor documentation is accurate and compliantProcess contracts and follow due diligence proceduresMaintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholdersFollow set frameworks for processing onboarding tasksIdeal Candidate: Minimum of 1 year in contract administration, project administration, or a similar commercial roleFamiliar with subcontractor terms, conditions, and due diligenceProficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe SignExperience with onboarding or contract administration is a plusStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environmentWhy Apply?
