We are seeking 5 Contract Administrators to join a high-performing team for a significant contract mobilisation project. This is an exciting opportunity to support the onboarding and migration of subcontractors, processing 500 to 1000 subcontracts in the coming months.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the onboarding of subcontractors and the migration of existing ones
Ensure all subcontractor documentation is accurate and compliant
Process contracts and follow due diligence procedures
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders
Follow set frameworks for processing onboarding tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1 year in contract administration, project administration, or a similar commercial role
Familiar with subcontractor terms, conditions, and due diligence
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Sign
Experience with onboarding or contract administration is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
