The RoleAs Contract Administrator, you will deliver multiple fit-out projects. This is a head office role working closely with the Project Manager to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following: Key Responsibilities Procurement of trades and sub-contractorsMaintain relationships amongst our clients and subcontractorsManaging RFIs, progress claims, variations and EOT submissionsSubcontractor management and preparation of tender packages, scopes of works, contract documentation and procurement schedulesReport costing, manage cash flow, negotiate payment terms with suppliers, and control overall project expenditureRequired Skills Degree qualified within construction management or Quantity SurveyingExperience working within the new build spaceStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsIdeally 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator under a head contractor in AustraliaWorking knowledge of tendering, developing, and letting of trade packages, cost forecasting and reporting and negotiating subcontract tendersBenefits Healthy pipeline of unique projects valued up to $15 million.Package up to $140k - depending on experienceOpportunity for professional development, career growth and longevity with minimal staff turnover within the companyStrong company culture with an enjoyable workspace, excellent facilities, mateship, mentoring and an equal organisational structure.If you are keen to learn more about the role, please call Louise on or email your CV to to discuss further.
