Commercial projects in the $10-20m range About Our Client Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the high rise residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
This is an ongoing, long term position on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Involvement with monthly cost reports Variations The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g.
Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
