Due to growth within the business, our client requires an experienced contract administrator to join their team!
About the company:
Tier 3 Builder with a great company reputation Projects up to $25 Million (predominantly education, community and government projects) 20 staff within the business Office located in the inner western suburbs 40% site based/ 60% office based Workplace encourages employees health and wellbeing Mon - Fri, Sat not required Salary up to $140,000 Package Including Super Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants Administer the project HSE system To be considered for this position you will require:
Experience working on new build projects ideally in excess of $5 Million Good knowledge of the Victorian construction market Strong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least 3 years at this level) Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience Please apply online using the appropriate link below or contact Sophia Klein on 0413 661 023 or
