The Contract Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing the contractual and financial aspects of projects across residential, commercial, and fit-out sectors. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Administer contracts from pre-construction to project completionPrepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditionsMonitor and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and invoicingEnsure compliance with all legal and contractual requirementsCoordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projectsProvide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholdersAssist in resolving contractual disputes and issues as they ariseAbout You:The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Contract Administrator role within the construction industry, with at least 3 years of Australian experience. Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of managing complex contracts and project documentation are essential.
