We're an Australian company based in Truganina, just 22km west of Melbourne's CBD, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of glass and glass products for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.
We're currently seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our vibrant team and ensure the delivery of exceptional results for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ·      Collaborate with internal and external parties to draft comprehensive contracts that clearly define terms and conditions and balance the interests of all parties involved.
·      Evaluate offers and lead contract negotiation / implementation in conjunction with key stakeholders.
·      Negotiate and implement contract variations on availability of goods, technical/quality issues, delivery timing etc.
·      Respond to any questions or concerns regarding contracts.  Investigate and resolve contract-related issues, such as discrepancies or performance concerns.
·      Assess existing contracts for potential improvements or updates, ensuring they remain relevant and beneficial to the company.  ·      Ensure the contract follows legal requirements and government regulations.  ·      Ensure goods and services are delivered in accordance with the contract documentation and company's standards and procedures.
·      Thoroughly review contract terms to identify potential risks, such as financial liabilities or compliance issues.  ·      Develop risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor contract performance and proactively alert management to any emerging risks or concerns.
·      Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in interpreting and complying with contractual provisions.
·      Maintain customer files with relevant contracts, variations and other required documentation.
·      Conduct contract analysis and profitability reporting.
·      Establish and maintain stakeholders' relationships.
Seek feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in contract management processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: ·      AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field.
·      Minimum two years' experience in a similar role within a commercial environment.
·      Effective ability to negotiate and execute contracts and deliver outcomes.
·      Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
·      Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Proficient computer literacy and software skills.
·      Multi-language skills are preferred.
Annual salary up to $78,500 plus super is offered to the right person.
