Contract Administrator

REWARD: Salary:  $150K - $180K package  (flexible for the right candidate)  Office location: Abbotsford for pre construction phase.
On site thereafter (Metro Melbourne, Spotswood, Epping)  National builder, offering lots of internal support and additional training if required  Work across a variety of builds including multi-res developments, industrial builds, and commercial fit outs within the office, retail and hospitality spaces.
ROLE: Permanent, Full-Time position Supportive workplace culture  Strong pipeline of projects with repeat clients  Initial project focus on multi-res apartment build    THE CANDIDATE: Experience in multi-res apartments, commercial fit outs, or industrial builds Positive attitude toward learning and growing within the business.
