Bespoke High-End residential homes are in huge demand! As a result, we need a versatile CA to join an expanding construction company.
This should be music to your ears if you're a CA who specializes in single dwellings $3m and above.
The role will be to assist in tendering and then transition into a CA role for the upcoming projects.
A number of projects are set to commence in the new year, all one-off designs with values up to $10m.
The business has been a specialist in high-end builds for close to 10 years, delivering exceptional architecturally designed homes from Melbourne to Portsea.
The company intentionally restricts the number of projects it undertakes at once, enabling the director and management to devote the necessary time and attention to each project. Due to its reputation and time in the game, the business is expanding.
They are a tight team who work closely together, making cultural alignment paramount.
As a CA, you will be supported and mentored to achieve your goal of transitioning into a PM position.
Minimum Requirements: At least two years of experience as a CA working on similar builds in the high-end residential space.A background in estimation is preferred.The salary on offer is up to a $135k package.
