Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support National Plastics in managing client and subcontractor agreements.
This role is critical in ensuring compliance with negotiated terms, fostering effective communication among stakeholders, and overseeing the entire contract process, from preparation through to completion.
The ideal candidate will bring a thorough understanding of contract lifecycle management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to proactively address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Lifecycle Management : Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.
Performance Evaluation : Monitor and assess subcontractor performance, addressing any issues to maintain high-quality standards.
Documentation and Compliance : Maintain accurate contract records, including variations and performance evaluations, ensuring all documentation meets legal and company requirements.
Dispute Resolution : Handle contract-related inquiries, resolve conflicts, and manage renewals or cancellations as necessary.
Reporting and Analysis : Generate detailed reports on contract performance and compliance, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Education & Experience : Relevant qualifications or at least three years of experience in contract administration within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Skill Set : Strong skills in contract negotiation, administration, and interpretation; exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Team Orientation : Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially with engineering and quality control teams, to ensure contract terms effectively support project execution.
