We have a new opportunity for a motivated Admin/Office Support professional to join us as a Contract Administrator to join our team in Parkville , employed on a Full-Time basis.
Snapshot of your day: Apply, enforce and monitor compliance to the client's and ISS's HSEQ policies associated with the contract Ensure HSEQ incidents are reported promptly and investigated thoroughly and agreed corrective action(s) are implemented in line with ISS procedure Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the designated client representatives via regular formal meetings Provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers Manage requests for documentation and review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into the electronic document management systems Act as first point of contact for administrative enquiries from vendors Assist the team with Workforce Planning What you must possess: Atleast 2 years' experience in a similar operational environment. (Desirable) Knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, One Drive and MS Excel (Essential) Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
