Contract Administrator

We have a new opportunity for a motivated Admin/Office Support professional to join us as a Contract Administrator.
Apply, enforce and monitor compliance to client and ISS HSEQ policies.Ensure HSEQ incidents are reported and investigated, and corrective actions are implemented.Develop close working relationships with client representatives via regular formal meetings.Provide customer service to internal and external customers.Manage documentation requests and maintain records.Enter and update data into electronic document management systems.Act as first point of contact for administrative enquiries from vendors.Assist the team with Workforce Planning.Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar operational environment.Knowledge of Service Now, SharePoint, One Drive, and MS Excel.Strong IT skills in MS office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.Proficient typing skills and minute taking.We can offer competitive contract salary packaging, ongoing learning and development opportunities, internal opportunities, and a positive company culture.
