About the Role

We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team based out of our Altona Head Office on a full time basis. Working within a tight knit team, you will administer multiple Medium Density Residential Projects from Pre site to Settlement, ensuring that client satisfaction with the administration process is maximized and that budgeted contract signings, permits, site starts & settlements are achieved in agreed time frames. The ideals candidates duties will include, though will not be limited to:
Manage contract signing and settlements with clientsEnsure that all clients are regularly updated of job progressPlace orders for soil reports, surveys, property services information and land titles and follow up to obtain them within agreed time frames.Liaise with Drafting, Estimating and Construction teams to ensure flow of communication and forecasted dates are achieved.Maintain the supervisors files with sufficient and up to date plans, engineering and all documents required for constructionUpdate department workflow and report on individual projects, due dates, permits, site starts, occupancy permits and settlements on a weekly basis.About You Preferably at least 2-3 years' experience of domestic medium density or detached contract administration.Proven skills in driving production through an organisationAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Able to understand and interpret building & real estate contracts and construction documentation.Qualifications in property desirable but not mandatoryWhy Burbank Urban?
