Position Overview: The company, a leading provider of professional staircase and balustrade installation services, is seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team.
With a strong focus on modern finishes and innovative design, our company is revolutionizing the traditional staircase design and manufacturing process.
We are committed to delivering exceptional architectural installations and developing state-of-the-art pool tables that adjust seamlessly to dining table heights.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met.
Provide support in the resolution of contract disputes and issues.
Stay updated on legal and industry-specific regulations that may impact contracts.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
