Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for a well regarded commercial builder based on the Gold Coast.
They specialise in the delivery of commercial, residential and industrial projects up to $20m in value.
This role has a clear pathway for progression to Project Management including a well structured learning and development environment.
Interviews for this role will be taking place in early to mid January 2025.
Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the high rise residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
This is an ongoing, long term position on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

Writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsInvolvement with monthly cost reportsVariationsProfile Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems e.g.
Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.Excellent interpersonal skillsJob Offer On offer:
