Contract Administrator

About Our Client Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, multi-residential, health-care, education and government sectors. This includes both new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Involvement with monthly cost reportsVariations The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.Excellent interpersonal skills What's on Offer On offer:
