They are humble, hardworking, nimble, and driven for success.The RoleDue to a successful tender award inline with their steady growth plans, our client is looking for a Contract Administrator at the Gold Coast. As the CA, you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, from procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations and more.You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on Design issues and remedies. About YouThe ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 5 years + experience working on similar size projects. You will have a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or similar.You will be confident operating autonomously as a Contract Administrator and demonstrate the initiative, energy and integrity to want to develop your career in a supportive and fun environment.You will have extensive experience working with JobPac and Procore.The BenefitsYou will benefit from a market leading remuneration of you will be backed by an ASX listed company who pays sub-contractors on time.
