Key Responsibilities Oversee contract records and documentation, including preparation, negotiations, and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
Liaise with purchasing to ensure efficient procurement processes.
Monitor contract performance and financial aspects, providing regular updates to management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordination and adherence to contract requirements.
Manage contract variations, including adjustments to scope, frequency, and schedule.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
