Salary range is dependent on previous experience. In this role, you will support the preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contracts across large building projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of contract administration: preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and project-specific obligations. Collaborate with project managers to drive efficient contract execution. Maintain accurate records and promptly resolve any compliance issues or disputes. Build positive relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to support project outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Previous time in a trade or on-site experience highly regarded. At least 3 years of experience in contract administration within the commercial building industry. Experience working on commercial builds in excess of $20M. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software .
