Recent internal promotions have created an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join this mid-tier contractor that works on projects in the $5M - $50M range. Salary range is dependent on previous experience. The business has a large emphasis on attracting the best people that have strong personal values, and that are ambitious to train and develop their careers. They have a 5-day working week policy. The directors spend time with their families over the weekends, and they want the same for all their staff too.In this role, you will support the preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contracts across large building projects. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are met.Do you value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement? This business is committed to providing a workplace where employees are supported through ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you grow within the business and achieve your career goals.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of contract administration: preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring.Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and project-specific obligations.Collaborate with project managers to drive efficient contract execution.Maintain accurate records and promptly resolve any compliance issues or disputes.Build positive relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.Identify and implement process improvements to support project outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.Previous time in a trade or on-site experience highly regarded.At least 3 years of experience in contract administration within the commercial building industry.Experience working on commercial builds in excess of $20M.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.Our Commitment to You:Values-driven workplace: We foster collaboration, accountability, and respect.Training and development: Access to mentoring, workshops, and career development programs.Opportunities for growth: We encourage internal progression and skill-building.To be considered, please apply using the link provided.
