Contract Administrator

A permanent full-time position within a well-established Construction Company based in the inner suburbs of Sydney CBD.
For contract or project administrator interested in tendering or estimating residential homes for the houses around Australia.
Requires experience in the Construction Industry Salary Guide: $100,000-$120,000 + Super Inner Suburbs of Sydney CBD A normal day will be Tendering or quoting residential projects valued from $400k to $5m checking quality and safety of the project Actively engaging with site teams to understand the delivery requirements and costs Preparing monthly financial reports related to cost and budget Your next employer started in 1993, after a decade working in the high-rise commercial sector.

They only accept a limited number of projects at anyone time, ensuring not to divide their attention on multiple projects.
