CHILL is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our esteemed team. This role is pivotal in managing our contractual agreements and ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and a thorough understanding of contract management processes within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
As a Contract Administrator, you will draft, review, and maintain contracts while liaising with various departments to facilitate seamless operational workflows. Your expertise will ensure our contractual obligations are met, contributing to our business dealings and success. Finally, you'll lead procurement, manage contract risks, and monitor provider performance to ensure optimal transportation solutions.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline. In-depth knowledge of contract law and compliance issues. Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in using transport management systems. Knowledge of international trade and logistics.
