Contract Administrator

Experienced Contract Administrator to join a Builder Developer working on $200 million Commercial New Build in Western Suburbs.
What's On Offer
This position will have you utilising commercial contracting and stakeholder management skills within the team to deliver commercial new build projects valued from $50-$250 million.

Builder Developer with projects already secured for years to come.
Location: Western Suburbs Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 Package which is dependent on experience and value you can bring.
What you will be doing?

In this role, you will be joining a team of Contract Administrators who report into the Senior CA.
You will be preparing tenders, contract execution, managing subcontracts, progress claims, supply agreements, and project procedures.
Additionally, you will work collaboratively in the team to deliver on project timelines.
What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that has experience working on commercial new build, hospitality, or hotels.
Ideally, exposure to working with head contractors on projects above $25 million would help in being successful in this role.
