Key responsibilities Maintain various registers, including Contract Register, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Intellectual Property.Provide contractual and administrative support for bids and contracts.Assist in submitting commercial letters, tender responses, and handling other contractual matters.Provide advice to Senior Management and project/operations managers on operational risk and compliance.Act as the primary interface between internal and external customers for all contractual matters.Conduct training sessions for staff on contract management best practices and compliance requirements.
Selection criteria Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (e.g.
Law, Accounting or Business Management).
Formal qualification in Law is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years' experience in leading contracting activities.Understanding of general contracting principles and the application of relevant techniques.Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and negotiate at all levels with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including customers.Previous demonstrated experience with Australian Standard or FIDIC suite of templates is highly desirable.Strong plain English drafting skills.
